The Indian Standard

ENGINEERED TO ISI 710 BWP GRADE

There is a massive difference between plywood that claims to be "water resistant" and plywood that is legally certified as Boiling Water Proof (BWP).

Both NationTuff Club 710 and Prime 710 are manufactured in strict compliance with the Bureau of Indian Standards (IS:710). To earn this certification, the board must survive a grueling 72-hour continuous boiling water immersion test.

If a board can survive boiling water without the veneer layers delaminating or bubbling, it will easily survive decades of high humidity, monsoon moisture, and standard kitchen spills.

Zero Core Gap Construction
A board is only as strong as its weakest point. We use 100% composed core veneers to eliminate internal gaps, ensuring your nails and screws always hit solid wood.
Termite & Borer Proof
Our plywood undergoes rigorous chemical treatment using high-grade preservatives (GLP) to ensure total immunity against termites and wood-boring insects.
Full Gurjan Face
We use authentic, thick Gurjan face veneers. This provides a perfectly smooth, hard surface that accepts laminates, paints, and polishes uniformly without warping.
Double Calibrated
Our boards undergo a precise double-calibration sanding process. This guarantees uniform thickness across the entire sheet, ensuring flawless alignment for modular furniture.
High Density WPC (900+ kg/m³)
Our WPC range is extruded at extreme pressures to achieve a density of 900+ kg/m³. This prevents the crumbling and poor screw-holding often seen in cheap PVC boards.

Premium Phenol Resin

We bond our core layers using un-extended Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) synthetic resin, ensuring an unbreakable bond that withstands boiling water.

Double Press Technology

Boards are subjected to extreme hydraulic pressure in a two-stage pressing process (Cold Press followed by Hot Press) to permanently set the adhesive and eliminate warping.

Every batch undergoes strict quality control checks for moisture content, nail-holding capacity, and density before leaving our godown.
